Who Has It? helps you track items you've lent to other people and when they're due back. Core features are free; an optional PRO subscription (billed via Stripe) unlocks AI photo auto-fill. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
PRO is a recurring subscription processed by Stripe. It renews until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
You're responsible for the content you save and for keeping your account secure. You retain ownership of your records. You agree not to use the app unlawfully and to have a legitimate reason for storing any third-party contact details you enter.
We aim to keep the app available but may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, data loss, or use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You can delete your account and all associated data (records and photos) at any time from within the app.
We may update these terms; the latest version will always be posted at this URL with the date above.
